Section 3 - Conﬁguration

This option enables the camera to send snapshot via e-mail.

This enables the camera to send snapshot to a FTP server.

This option will add a date and time indicator to the image ﬁle name. For instance, “video@20020102030405.jpg”

indicates the JPEG image was captured at Year: 2002; Month: January; Date: 2nd; Time: 03:04:05 AM.

Click on the Maintenance button to access the option to restore to factory default settings.

Click Apply on this screen to restore factory default settings. After conﬁrmation, the system will restart and require the

Installation Wizard program to locate the IP address of the DCS-2120.

Maintenance

This option will restart the camera.

This option will reset the camera back to

factory default settings. This will remove

all the conﬁguration settings that were

made previously.

This option allows the user to upgrade

the ﬁrmware via the Browser. Click on

“Browse” to locate the ﬁrmware ﬁle and

then click on “Upgrade” to apply the

ﬁrmware to the camera.
