working hours. It provides a four hour response service
Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, excluding holidays.
Bronze
D-Link Assist Bronze is a highly cost-eective support
solution for less critical environments. Response is
guaranteed within eight business hours Monday to Friday
from 8am to 5pm, excluding holidays.
